Where ya been Edie? Looking for the cat Mother Dollling

I think its been a month since I've last been here.
Please forgive my absence.

Here is a small 8x8 canvas I made for Mikes bosses wife, who was visiting Chicago last week from Hawaii

Its funny how the internet makes things seem so large and some things so small.
This canvas below is  30x30

Here is a tree I did awhile back and just finally finished it
36x48

The studio has had a big overhaul and here are a few before photos

You can see my easel is empty.

Just a little art block I did while trying to keep sane during this rush of a month.
I have missed all my blogger friends and seeing their updates.
I will do my best to keep on track and keep you all posted on all the goings on at the House of Freedom.
Next week my mother in law comes to town, then my brother and father in law next, then a week after that my niece and nephew are coming for a 2 week stay. In between all the family and fun I will be creating art for several shows starting in July and August.

Anke & Claire,
Thanks for the feedback. This is my second year doing a show, there is a lot of creating that has to happen in order to have some art for others to have in their home.

Enjoy your day

Whatever you want to share is fine with me! I go through periods when I can't visit, too, but you're always on my list!

That tree rocks. It really is odd about sizes and perception, isn't it?

I hope you are having a lovely time with guests!
