Sometimes life just gets in the way of blogging.

Here are a few blocks I was working on this week.

I also went and bought a four foot canvas the other day and have been layering something on that every day or two. Will post photos of that soon.

I was thinking since school will be out soon and all the business that that brings, I need something to keep me posting through out the summer.

My idea is to post a little something about Lisa every Tuesday and of course any piece of art I may find time to create.

Colors

I realized this morning I painted the Omo couple at the lower left this time last year...Wondering why I did it again at this same time...may have something to do with pulling all those dang weeds last week and getting to touch dark earth along with planting bright orange and salmon colored poppies...knowing those dark purple alien like flowers are budding and will show that wonderful deep purple very soon...anticipation

I bought Mike the biggest Magnolia bush last week and a Redbud for myself.

I'll let Mike dig in the earth this time
